A problem solving CM/ Owners Representative team that understands the need for personal service and finding solutions that make sense for our clients.

                                                              Why is KLECKER CUMMINGS different?

The answer is really quite simple.
Over the years it became obvious to us that CM/Owners Rep firms that had grown large and developed substantial overhead were charging fees for providing services that helped support their overhead but failed to find solutions to unusual problems that required more expertise from other sources.

Various owners and developers were beginning to try to tackle some tasks they were not qualified for in order to save money. This practice invariably results in costing these owners much more in the long run. This is simply not acceptable and we knew it. Therefore, we decided we could do things in a better, more professional and more cost effective manner.

That's why we formed KLECKER CUMMINGS Construction Management.

Jim Klecker, recently finished serving as construction manager and owners representative for this mega residential development (pictured below) of 318 condo units and 77 hotel units in Boynton Beach, Florida that was not completed when he took over. He not only ran the final construction and redesign phase, but was called on to analyze the original contract, project amenities, price and relevant history in order to help the developers create a more viable product for today's market.

Clients need both expertise and up to the minute information

Ideal construction management (or owners representation) must provide each client with a solid feeling of confidence that the project they are contemplating will be directed by a right hand they control, yet provides them with all the experience and capabilities of a seasoned construction management expert. They must have instant access to all the necessary information to make intelligent, informed decisions at all times during the building process.

Each project presents new challenges that must be overcome. Some are simple but most often the problems may seem insurmountable........That is when KLECKER CUMMINGS experience in solving complicated problems becomes invaluable.

At KLECKER CUMMINGS we will provide each client with the personal service of one of our highly experienced principals. It is the key ingredient missing from the large CM/Owners Rep firms. This commitment is what separates us from all other construction managers and owners reps.

Superior construction management is a result of placing the very best, experienced and accomplished individuals on each project. After all, it is not the size of the firm but the ability of the individual that manages the project, at it's core, that makes a project work efficiently.

Matt was recently retained to determine a development direction and to oversee the entire process of this "Grande Dame of the Railroad Magnates Destination Resort Hotels". The original building was built in 1897 and is considered the largest wooden Structure in the United States and possibly the world. This is the type of delicate project both in actual construction scope and political sensitivity that we specialize in..

We maintain a working relationship with forensic engineering specialists, market forecasting firms, construction liability law firms
and several other specialists that we can call on from time to insure that our clients are always informed and able to make all decisions based on solid expertise.
